Tuition
These are our monthly tuition rates:
30 minute class $45.00
50 minute class $65.00
90 minute class $80.00
Adult 10 class pass $65.00
Adult individual class $12.00
Parent of dancer 10 class pass $32.50
Registration Fee
The Bellevue Dance Center has a $25 per student registration fee that must be paid at the time the student registers for a selected class or classes. This fee is 100% non-refundable. No discounts apply and all registration fees are non-refundable.
Payment Policies
We offer 3 payment options.
Annual and Semester tuition can be paid by cash, check or charge. Monthly tuition option is debit or credit card only.
1. Annual plan - You pay the entire year's tuition and receive a 15% discount. Annual tuition payment is due on August 31st.
2. Semester plan - You pay each semester's tuition and receive a 10% discount. Semester tuition payments are due on August 31st and January 1st or it will be automatically charged from the credit card on file.
3. Monthly plan - You pay monthly by debit or credit card on file only. If you are paying monthly, your account will be auto drafted on the 1st of every month. If you are enrolling more than one child or you have one child taking multiple classes you will receive a 10% discount on the monthly total. If both options apply only one discount will be given.
Make-up Policy
If a student is ill, misses a class or cancelled due to inclement weather, that class may be made up. Since we have many classes available for each age and level, refunds or adjustments are not given and classes must be made up within that semester.
Drop Policy
In order to drop a class written notification is required before the last day of the month prior to the month you want to drop. For example, you want to drop in January notification must be given on or before December 31. If notification of the drop is not received by the end of the previous month, I understand I am responsible for the tuition for that month and the drop will take effect on the 1st of the following month. If the student decides to drop, I understand that the registration fee, recital fee and costume fee are non-refundable.
Make-up Policy
I understand that tuition is based on an average of four classes per month, and I am responsible for payment of this tuition (by the first of the month) regardless of any absences. To cancel this agreement, I understand that a written notification is required prior to the month of withdrawal. If the student decides to withdraw, I understand that the registration, recital and costume fees are non-refundable.
1. Annual Tuition will not be refunded after November 1st.
2. Semester Tuition will not be refunded for Fall semester after October 1st and for Spring Semester after February 1st.
3. Monthly tuition will not have a refund. Only written notice to cancel future payments, see Drop Policy for detail.
Dancewear Policy
Bellevue Dance Center utilizes CostumeManager.com to help us supply dancewear to our students. Families will go online and order the items that each child is required to have for the class she/he is enrolled. After items are purchased by the family, items will be sent to the Bellevue Dance Center and distributed in class.
Costume Policy
Bellevue Dance Center utilizes ComstumeManager.com to help us supply costumes to our students. Costumes will be purchased online by the family, sent to the studio and distributed in class. Families are responsible for ordering the costumes online for each student they have in enrolled.
Recital Policy
Recital fee will be charged depending on which payment plan is chosen. Recital tickets will $5 a ticket. Children 5 and under are free.
1. Annual plans will pay by October 1 for both the Winter and Spring Recital each at $25 per family so a total of $50.
2. Semester plans will pay by October 1 for Winter Recital and Feb. 1 for Spring Recital both are $25 per family.
3. Monthly plans will pay on October 1 for the Winter Recital and Feb. 1 for Spring Recital both are $25 per family.
Declined Credit Cards
There will be a $25.00 charge for any credit card that is declined for any reason.
